Before you send

  • Wipe loose oil, cutting fluid and dirt. Heavy grease slows the line.
  • Remove plastic caps, rubber grommets, labels and grease nipples that cannot take oven heat.
  • Tell us the metal, quantity, colour and any deadline — same list as the quote form.
  • Sealed tubes or hollow parts need a drain / vent, or say so on the tag. Trapped oil or water can blow in the oven.

Rust and old paint

  • The 7-stage line degreases and pickles. Light shop rust is normal.
  • Deep pitting or scale will still show through the film. We will say so if a part will not look new.
  • Old wet paint or powder should be noted. Some coats need stripping before a clean respray.

Masking

  • Mark threads, bearing seats, ground faces and electrical contact points that must stay bare.
  • Tape or tag those faces, or write “mask” on the job slip with a photo.
  • Assembled parts (bearings, seals, wiring) should be stripped before they reach the plant.

Packing

  • Keep one job / one colour in a bundle. Tag metal, RAL and quantity.
  • Do not nest oily parts against clean ones.
  • Protect machined faces you want uncoated.

What we cannot coat

The oven runs at 180–200°C. These items should not come on the same pallet as metal jobs.

Non-metal

Plastic, rubber, wood, glass, fabric and painted timber will not survive the cure.

Heat-sensitive assemblies

Live electronics, sealed motors, batteries and parts with trapped oil or water.

Unclear jobs

If you are unsure about size, masking or an old finish, WhatsApp a photo before you load the tempo.
