7-stage chemical pre-treatment
Degreasing, etching and phosphate/zirconium conversion for a 1000+ hour salt spray barrier.

Electrostatic powder spray
Corona guns at 60–100 kV wrap powder around grounded parts without runs or sags. Zero solvent VOCs.

Thermal curing oven
Bake at 180–200°C for 10–20 minutes so the resin melts, flows and cross-links into a durable skin.

Quality assurance
Film thickness gauges, ASTM D3359 tape adhesion, MEK rub cure checks and protective packing.
